The prices are based on average room sizes (which are shown below), and where there’s easy ground-level access to the property.
If your rooms are bigger, or it’s not straight forward to bring our equipment in, there will be a small adjustment to the price simply to account for the extra time that will be required.
If you live more than 10 miles from Southampton city centre we may also add a small fuel supplement. When we say small, we do mean small, as it’d simply be to cover the extra diesel needed and that’s what helps us keep our prices down for you.
