Our team were called in to carry out carpet cleaning for an entire block of flats – a challenge? Not for our truck mounted machine.

Our team were called to this 5 storey block in Portsmouth to clean throughout the communal hallway areas.  Our team used the fire escape staircase to feed the hose of the truck mount through to the floors of the building, reaching all floors and from one end to other.   Using the fire escape stairs ensured the minimum of disruption to the residents of the block.  With our amazing truckmount we have the capacity to reach up to 8 storeys!  With no loss of suction or water pressure our team were able to apply our same high quality WOW process throughout the building.  From the top floor to the ground floor we are able to give the same exceptional clean for all of the residents.

After vacuuming the carpet, the team apply a gentle cleaning agent, time must be allowed for the cleaning product to commence working.  The pile of the carpet is then agitated to loosen any ingrained dirt and dust.  Stains are treated and then the high powered truck mount really works its magic!  The carpet is simultaneously rinsed and extracted.  Warm softened water is sprayed onto the carpet rinsing out any residual product and then extracted, taking all dirt with it.  The dirty water is then taken away in the truck tank to be carefully disposed of.   Fragrance can then be applied for that just cleaned scent.  The carpet is left clean and soft, leaving the whole building welcome for residents and visitors.

Before cleaning the carpets show marks throughout, particularly on the high traffic areas.

After cleaning the carpet is clean and the colour is bright.  All ingrained dirt is removed leaving a fantastic result.
